Through his practice and representation of a diverse clientele, Mark has gained in-depth experience in health care law, business law, contract law, civil litigation, trial representation, and arbitration.
Mark served as Vice President and General Counsel to a $1 billion publicly traded healthcare company, Senior Litigation Counsel to a national health care company, and Senior Regional Counsel to a national hospital company. As a private attorney, Mark has successfully arbitrated, litigated and tried hundreds civil actions of all types and sizes, including complex multi-million-dollar business disputes, trademark infringement actions, real property matters, contract disputes, business torts, and personal injury cases.
Over his career, Mark has litigated cases throughout the nation including Georgia, Alabama, Colorado, Delaware, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Florida before state courts, federal district courts, and courts of appeal, as well as private arbitration services including the American Arbitration Association and the National Health Lawyers’ Association.
